Antoine's cafe initially was only looking to update their menu. After talking with the client, we realized other areas where we could help the cafe increase their sales and strengthen their brand. The first thing we recommended was to create an easily identifiable logo that enforced their brand. The new logo hinted to the client's French background and menu by having a similar silhouette to the Eiffel Tower. We then created a marketing and branding strategy which included a menu re-design, new website, email campaigns, monthly promotional table top strategy, "suggestive selling" training for their servers and conducting several photoshoots to build their food image library. These efforts lead to increased sales, more happy customers and stronger brand awareness.
